Goal 1

Policies:
  1. Increase access to the arts and culture through displays, classes, special events, and activities.
  2. Align programs with holidays and culturally significant dates to increase accessibility and visibility.
  3. Use arts and cultural events to revitalize neighborhoods through aesthetic improvements and economic stimuli.
  4. Consider partnerships and new relationships with the arts communities.
